About Me

Susan Sigge
Instructional Designer
Program Manager
Hi there! I’m Susan, an instructional designer and lifelong learning enthusiast with a knack for program management. Over the past 25 years, I’ve witnessed how thoughtful design and strategic management can ignite not just better performance, but genuine confidence and connection. My passion lies in crafting inclusive, engaging, and results-focused learning experiences that empower every learner to thrive.
My journey began in the world of music, where I performed on stages large and small, and taught everything from private lessons to college courses. These experiences fueled my curiosity about how people learn and how the right guidance can spark those unforgettable AHA! moments. This curiosity naturally led me to program management, where I discovered the power of orchestrating complex projects to bring innovative learning solutions to life.
As a high school inclusion education specialist, I integrated students into general education classes, led supportive teams, and developed strategies for student success. I ensured Individual Education Plans (IEPs) were compliant and effective, tracked progress, and refined instruction and goals to help every student reach their potential. This role honed my ability to manage programs that are both compliant and impactful.
Eager to expand my impact, I earned a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology. Now, I channel my love for learning and program management into building tech-driven learning experiences that produce those same AHA! experiences for others. Whether it’s designing a comprehensive curriculum or managing a large-scale educational initiative, I thrive on bringing structure and creativity together to achieve impactful results.
When I’m not designing learning solutions, you’ll find me baking, gardening, practicing yoga, or exploring thrift stores in search of that perfect find I didn’t know I needed.
Susan did a great job showing us how well our website works for visitors. Her User Experience Review Report was clear and provided easy directions on how to make immediate, tangible improvements. We’ll be implementing her suggestions and are confident that the website will be a better interface for users going forward. Thanks, Susan!
Susan clearly extrapolated meaningful approaches to scaffolding for my lower-level adult learners in a jail setting. Her presentation ignited a great desire to rethink my distance learning packets during the pandemic, so students could more easily follow my curriculum. My teaching has improved thanks to her expertise. Thank you, Susan!
